Defibrillator - Where and How to Use
The Old Bolingbroke and Hareby defibrillators are located on the side of the Methodist Chapel, on the front of the Ramsden Village Hall in Old Bolingbroke and at Hareby.
If you suspect that someone is having a heart attack call 999 immediately – Tell the operator that you think that someone is having a heart attack.
You will be told where the nearest alternative defibrillator is located (if you are not in Old Bolingbroke or Hareby) and given a code to enable you to open the unit.
Take the defibrillator to the patient, open it and follow the instructions you are given.
