26/9/2019. NHW Report Old Bolingbroke. 


It's been a fairly quiet summer in Old Bolingbroke since our last Parish Council meeting in July. 
Neighbourhood Policing Area and crimes in surrounding areas. 
Report of suspicious Vauxhall Vivaro. The occupants trying to sell items from their van. 
Two vehicles one a Silver Volvo Estate 04 plate and a White Transit Van acting suspiciously in Old Bolingbroke. 
The Transit Van with two Male occupants were seen driving slowly along Hagnaby Road looking at properties and driveways. 
A house owner in Mareham was woken at 1.40am by a loud bang. 
At light of day discovered their front door had been smashed. 
Thefts in our Wolds Area include a Compact Tractor. 
A Classic Motor Home. 
Two Quad Bikes . 
Power tools stolen from a farm. 
The rear of a residential property was accessed by unknown means. 
Diesel was stolen from a tank and the offenders attempted to break into the property 
itself 
Gained entry to a residential property through a downstairs open window where a 
Play Station was stolen. 
Offenders searched the upstairs property but nothing stolen. 
Silver was stolen from a safe in a church in Hagworthingham. 
The silver was very distinctive as it was used for Holy Communion. 
With the onset of dark evenings on the way can you please make sure all your properties and cars are secured. If you are away from home in the evening please use time switches for indoors and out door lights. 
Please do not become complacent. Please Remain Alert and vigillent at all times. 
If you see anything suspicious please ring Lincolnshire Police on a 101. 
If a car was involved please try to get the car registration number , make and colour. 
Also the description of anyone involved in or committing a crime.
