NHW Report March 2023

NHW Report March 2023

It’s been a quiet two months for NHW.

Our villagers continue to remain alert and vigilant.

A number of properties have had CCTV cameras , security lights and ring door bells fitted since the shed break - ins in our village in January.

Dog Fouling.

There have been a number of reports of dog fouling and owners not picking up after their dogs .

This is taking place on grass verges , the castle ,the short cut across the field opposite Hagnaby Road ,the route yard , the field adjoining the hard standing on Hareby Lane and the top at Hareby Hill .

It’s a criminal offence not to do this .

Also it’s an offence not to be carrying either a bag or a pooper scoop to enable you to clear up when out walking your dog.

These owners could face a heavy fine.

The ELDC Environmental  Officers have been contacted.

Surrounding villages .

A male was stopped and searched by police in the Spilsby area.

A large knife was found in his possession.

He was arrested and charged for possessing a knife in a public place .

They had to go through two gates to reach the back garden.

A white pick up with two males in were seen in the area and other areas in Spilsby and Stickford.

This vehicle also seen coming out of field and when challenged they said they had taken the wrong turning.

They must have opened the field gate to get in to the field .

A cold caller became abusive when calling at a house in Toynton All Saints when the owner said they did not want any of the items on offer.

Three males were captured on a cctv camera in the early hours trying to enter a farm gate with force in Chapel Lane East Kirkby.

Luckily they set the alarm and security light off and then left the area quickly in a vehicle using false number plates.
