All councillors are summoned to attend the next meeting of Old Bolingbroke with Hareby Parish Council This is an open meeting and the Press and the Public are all welcome. 
 
There is an Open Forum for public participation at every meeting when members of the public are invited to ask questions or make short statements to the Council in relation to the business on the agenda. The Press and Public are not permitted to take part in the debates during the meeting.
 
Please note that any recommendations made at this meeting by the Parish Council in respect of planning applications on the agenda are advisory only and not binding on East Lindsey District Council. a) To receive a Neighbourhood Watch report

c) To receive quotations for a bench to be placed at Hareby, consider County Council approval and resolve action
d) To consider adopting the new cycle hoops proposed to be installed on the verge to the churchyard and obtain permission from the County Council for their location and resolve action
e) To consider relocating the planter from the verge to the churchyard to the verge by the church lay-by and obtain permission from the County Council for the location and resolve action
f) To consider the condition of the interpretation board located on the Church verge and resolve action
g) To consider approaching ELDC regarding the relocation of the waste bin near the church gate and resolve action
h) To consider approaching ELDC to remove the street light column number 9 located near the church gate and resolve action

9. To discuss internal Parish Council issues
