Minutes: The minutes of the last meeting were accepted and signed by the Chair.
Matters arising: A late payment of £90 had been paid by a hirer who had also made a £10 donation.

Cleaning and Maintenance
- We need to buy a new hoover
- Bruce Talmage has repaired the tiles in the foyer area.
- Debs and Pam have painted the foyer area.
- We need to purchase new toilet roll holders and door handles.
- Some sockets need to have USB points.
- Firestop no longer provide a 5 year electrical survey service. RA had approached Hallgate in Skegness. He was to receive a quote and send to the committee.

Refurbishment of the Kitchen
- Bruce Talmage showed plans for the kitchen
- Stainless steel units for sink and prep area
- Dishwasher 14 plates capacity with built in water softener.
- Beko cooker (5yr warranty)and oven (1 year warranty)purchased
- Buildbase have been approached to help with the design and costings. Action PP
- Shaun from Alarmline booked Action RA
- Plan of works to take 3 /4 weeks re-opening possibly 1st week in May
- Plasterer booked April 11th -may need help
- Risk Assessment to be completed Action BT and PP
- Inform Keep Fit and Quilters Patch Action PP

Spring Fayre
- RA reported 12 tables had been booked and there was a waiting list 7 of the 12 were from the village
- Hexagon tables to go outside on the patio area, if the weather permitted
- Excess carparking would be at Bev’s, Opwall
- Advertising in several places eg FB, Lincs FM ,posters Action JA, RH
Queen’s Jubilee
- Band booked 2-4
- Flyers to go out after Spring Fayre
- Drinks license Action PP
- DJ £200 Motown Friday 3rd June Action JA
