held on July 14th 2024

Finance: Expenditure and Income for 24/25 as at 14th July 24

Cleaning and Maintenance:
Pam asked for support helping to make the hall and surrounding area tidy. It was agreed a working party should clean the hall and weed the outside hall area after the building works are completed. The tidy up would be on 31st Jul at 10.30am

Garage sale 21st July 2024 - Emma kindly offered Bay Cottage garden as a venue to sell teas/coffee and cakes from.

Extension
Work on the renovation of the storeroom and alteration to the main entrance and hall entrance are complete. The doorway to the toilet area has been removed to allow better access for disabled people. The patio doors will be installed in September.
